Strava Group is led by Stavrow Tobia, a licensed NSW builder with a trade background in carpentry. From the first consultation through to handover, you deal directly with the person overseeing the build.

What types of projects does Strava Group undertake?
We focus on full home renovations, home extensions and second-storey additions across Greater Sydney. We also take on a limited number of custom home builds each year.
Do you provide design and approval support?
Yes. We coordinate plans, engineering and the relevant approval pathway for your property, whether that is a Development Application through council or a Complying Development Certificate through a private certifier. The NSW Planning Portal sets out how both pathways work.
Can we remain living in the home during construction?
It depends on the scope. Many ground floor extensions allow you to stay with the work zone separated off. Second-storey additions usually require you to move out for part of the build. We will tell you which applies at the site consultation.
How will we receive project updates?
Through your client portal, alongside direct contact with the builder. Site photos, documents, selections, variations and invoices are all kept in one place.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Strava Group holds NSW Builder’s Licence 487370C and carries Home Building Compensation Fund cover and public liability insurance on every project. You can verify any builder’s licence through NSW Fair Trading.
