Tools
Plan your build with real numbers.
We publish our prices, so you can decide whether a project is worth a conversation before anyone books a meeting. These five tools turn those prices and timeframes into a range for your home: what it could cost, what moves the number, how long it takes, and whether to extend out or build up.

Where the numbers come from
Built on our own published prices.
Every calculator runs on the figures we publish on our service pages. Where a tool needs a finer split, such as how a range divides between rooms, it is worked out from those figures and labelled that way.
Treat each result as a guide. The real price comes from a site visit and an itemised quote, with inclusions, exclusions and preliminaries listed separately.
